The Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS), and associated General Code of Conduct outline requirements to be met when dealing with clients including disclosures, following a suitable advice-giving process and producing a record of advice.

While many advisors see this as an additional compliance chore, this course shows how following the requirements can help to build and enhance relationships with clients.
