The course is designed to provide those who are new employees at an Automotive Dealership with the required
insights into the various customer service opportunities at a
dealership, as well as to help the dealership derive an
increased income as a result of happy customers who purchase vehicles and take appropriate products offered by
the Dealership Finance and Insurance Department.
Once you have completed this course you will be able to:
- understand the need to build meaningful relationships with all customers, and the importance of each relationship in the profitability and sustainability of the dealership.
- understand the “why” and “how” of compliance within the financial world in which the finance and insurance manager (or office) operates and the importance of maintaining professional and ethical principles when offering customer service.
- understand the purpose of meeting customer expectations by creating interactions that will ensure difficult situations are resolved to everyone’s satisfaction and why it is important to fully understand the product/s are promoted
