What every short-term policyholder should know



This course explains practical requirements to maintain a contractual relationship that will provide the insured with peace of mind in their short-term insurance relationship with the relevant stakeholders. The course also looks at the obligations of insurers to ensure that they have made every effort to highlight warranties and other stipulations placed on individual policies to avoid discord and reputational damage at claim stage and to manage client retention at the same time.
